The designation stays with you
Federal requirements place the designated security officer role inside the institution. That is deliberate — the accountability is supposed to sit with someone who answers to your board. We provide the survey work and documentation that role consumes.
What we produce for the annual report
Branch-by-branch survey findings with dates, device inspection records, officer coverage delivered against contracted, incident summaries, and a note of recommendations made and their status.
Recommendations are tracked, including refusals
Every recommendation we make is logged with your decision against it — accepted, deferred or declined, with the reason. That record protects the institution far more than a document listing only what was done.
Device inspection on a schedule
Cameras, alarms, duress devices, time locks and lighting, checked on a stated cadence with a dated record. Most findings are trivial and quickly fixed; the value is in having looked.
Insurance and examination questions
Insurers and examiners ask consistent questions about surveys, training and testing. Answering them takes an hour if the records exist and a fortnight if they do not.

Regulatory obligations vary by charter and by regulator, and they change. Take your own compliance advice; we will provide whatever documentation your compliance function asks for.
